Shipping Policy
At Blue Sun, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from Sydney using Australia Post. We offer a flat $15 AUD express shipping rate across Australia which typically arrives in 1-2 business days. Please note that during busy periods, such as public holidays, delivery times may be longer.
All orders require a signature upon delivery, so please make sure you provide a secure shipping address and accurate contact details. If the address is incorrect, the customer will be responsible for an additional shipping fee to have the order reposted. Blue Sun is not liable for your parcel once we have provided you with a tracking number.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment and stay updated on its estimated delivery date.

Returns Policy
At Blue Sun, every piece is delicate and unique due to the gemstones' nature (see Gemstones). Each piece is crafted in very small batches, and as a small business, we unfortunately cannot sustain returns. We have included all relevant details in each pendant description to help you choose carefully, as change of mind is not accepted.
We inspect all items before shipping, but in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us at hello@bluesun.com.au or fill out our contact form within 10 days of receiving your order. The return postage will be the responsibility of the customer, and items must be clean, unworn and in their original Blue Sun packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure the items reach our premises, so please use a trackable service to guarantee your return arrives safely. If the item is deemed faulty, we will replace it with a new one (please note that variations in gemstone color may occur) and refund your shipping costs. All customers must provide their order number to be eligible for these terms and conditions.
